Upcycled Creation - whenever I finish a tatting project, I usually have some thread left over which I like to use to create something else. This pair of earrings was one such piece and was created from the remaining thread after finishing a 'Janessa' Summer Garden bookmark.

This floral, summery pair was carefully shuttle tatted in a high quality multicoloured cotton thread (a stunning mix of blue, green, lilac, pink and yellow). Each features over 200 tiny double stitches.

I've attached each earring to a gold plated split ring at the top, which then hang from a gold plated fish hook ear wire. These will arrive with rubber cube earring stoppers. 

Width: 1 1/4 inches (31 mm).

Length of lace motif and split ring: just under 1 1/2 inches (36 mm).

Length of earring (top of earwire to botton of lace motif): just under 2 1/8 inches (54 mm). It will arrive with a pillow box with care instructions included.

This would look great with a summer maxi dress.
