Terms & Conditions:
Please read the terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from Tatania Rosa. You should understand that by ordering any of my products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by me.
Force Majeure:
Events outside my control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that I am released from my obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Payment:
All products remain my property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
tataniarosahandmade.co.uk accepts Paypal and credit / debit cards.
Please pay for your order within three days of purchase. If, after three days, the order has not been paid for, it will be cancelled. Once I have received the money I shall post your package.
Shipping:
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your payment (excluding Sunday), unless it is a Made To Order item. If this is the case, please refer to the item listing page for completion time.
Delivery times:
UK - approximately 1 - 2 days using Royal Mail 1st Class.
Everywhere else - approximately 7 - 10 days (depending on where you live) using International Standard.

Custom Charges:
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

On Tatania Rosa we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. Additional Information:
All Tatania Rosa pieces are handmade by me (Heather Buckman) in a smoke free and pet free environment. Each item comes carefully wrapped in a gift box, pouch or bag with care instructions included, just perfect for gift giving.
Custom orders - If you see something you like but in a different colour or anything else changed, please contact me with your request. I am very happy to create something especially for you to your liking. Depending on the size of the project, it may take a few days to create the item.
Wholesale orders are welcome - Please contact me for prices and completion times.
Since each item is handmade by me (Heather Buckman), your version may be slightly different to the one you see in the photographs. Due to small parts Tatania Rosa products are not suitable for children under 12.
Colours may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor.
As far as possible all products are Tatania Rosa original designs so please do not copy them.
Tatania Rosa reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Tatania Rosa has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Tatania Rosa shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Privacy Policy:
I, Heather Buckman (trading as Tatania Rosa), am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address. This information is used for Tatania Rosa Handmade communications and transactions: to fulfill your order, communicate about an order, solve delivery issues, settle disputes, provide customer support.
Your name and address are used for the purpose of shipping.
Customer details are retained for legal, business and tax records only, for a period of 6 years. I do not obtain, retain, reuse or transfer personal data for any other purpose.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
Return Policy:
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. If you are not happy with your order please contact me with your reason and return
it in the same condition you received it within 30 days of purchase. Once I have received it I shall refund you. Please note I will not be able to refund you for the return shipping cost.
If your order is lost in transit I shall organise a replacement once I have confirmed its non delivery.
Please request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase.
